Jack Schmitt Ford continues to grow and expand our business in Collinsville. We are looking for talented Sales Professionals to assist us with our growing levels of showroom, phone, and internet traffic.

At the start of the pandemic in 2020 we made a difficult decision to consolidate our two building campus, which consists of a new car showroom and a Pre-Owned center into one building.

In more recent months we have been aggressively acquiring inventory and we are making plans to reopen our pre-owned facility soon. We have an open floor and all sales can sell both new and used products, but we will need additional staff to reopen the pre-owned facility and handle the additional leads and volume.

We are looking for the right individuals to join our team. Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who are ready to make a change and join a progressive team and a growing business.

We have grown in volume and profits for the last eight consecutive years and we feel we are only getting started. We are engaging clients in the digital space and converting them to customers of Jack Schmitt Ford. It is important that you are comfortable engaging with customers via the phone and internet. Our philosophy is not to hide things and deceive people in order to get them to our showroom, instead we offer an open, transparent process that starts from the customer’s initial contact with us on the phone or internet. Position is full time. We offer one of the most competitive pay plans in the area and an outstanding work environment. We also offer a full benefits package including partially company paid health insurance, paid holidays, Christmas Bonus program, vacation pay after 1 year of service, and a great 401k.

Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have 1 year or more of prior and recent dealership sales or related experience.
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

*Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.

• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for several hours a day.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once.

Dealership and/or recent customer service retail experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary and Commissions on our staff range from : $50,000.00 /year to $150,000 per year.
